The essence of summer, these placemats recall days relaxing after a stroll along the shore, gathering seashells or sitting watching the ocean waves. With colours reminiscent of white sandy beaches, coral-tinted seashells, the sea and the sky, the Somertide Placemats set the scene for a summer lunch by the pool. Just add freshly squeezed lemonade to complete the scene!
The placemats are worked using two stands of a crisp cotton/linen yarn held together and the pattern includes instructions for four different sizes of placemats together with a set of matching coasters.
